What is it about the weather that somehow “controls” our day?
- Sunny day = Great, let’s get something done!
- Cloudy day = Hunker down.
- Rain or Snow = Not this again, let’s just get through it.
- Cold = Slow or Hot = Fast.
What if we refused to let an external condition like the weather effect our mood or attitude ever again?
Better yet, what if we became counter-cultural to this?
Embrace the difference. Do what others don’t. Become conditioned to you being the driving factor that effects your mood, attitude, performance and output – not something as trivial as the weather. Internal vs. External.
And the next time it rains or snows… step outside and smile.

Iâll try to remember this. It really is a mindset isnât it! Good one! Gonna reprogram those words in my head âI hate the cold/I hate rain!â.
