“How you do anything is how you do everything.”
Not sure where I first heard that, but I think about it often. It’s wise. To me, that phrase means someone who is careful or careless, thoughtful or thoughtless with little things will be the same way with big things. It’s a focus on quality.
Little things matter. Every piece a client sees from you, feels from your staff and hears in your voice is a reflection of you.
You can’t wait for the “big moments” to just turn it on. If you don’t cultivate the culture, attention and focus during those little moments (of which there are 100x the big moments) you don’t stand a chance. When the “big moments” arrive, you fall to the level of your training.

“How you do anything is how you do everything.”
